Expectations

• Must be available to work when the business requires. Schedule requests must be limited to family, church, and school requirements, not social preferences

• Be available to open and/or close at least 2 times a week. Must have availability to train

• Should be proficient within all areas of the responsibility and be capable of mastering each role.

• Must be reliable and responsible. Calculated no more than 3 tardies or call-outs over 90 days.
